Albion, with the challenging site of two frontages, most of builder and developer just expect to achieve 2 townhouse approval within the site of approximately 460Sqm. However we manage to get through a maze of planning process to obtain permit for 3 townhouses, including 2×3 bedder and 1×2 bedder.

There were some clever ideas to satisfy authorities and regulations. We are always willing to go extra miles to deliver the best outcome.
